A co-founder of Eastpointe, Bill has over 40 years of diversified experience in the real estate industry. His development experience includes regional shopping malls, mixed-use and big box retail, multifamily residential communities, and complex land use approvals.
Bill’s ability to form strategic partnerships and successfully complete acquisitions in the office, hotel property, and multifamily sectors is instrumental to our success. His background is also uniquely suited to leading the Eastpointe team through site acquisition negotiations, securing project entitlements, and concluding favorable financing commitments.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Fordham University Law School.
